General Description Kirribilli Apartments is a modern ten storey riverfront hi-rise offering 1 or 2 bedroom accommodation, with all upper apartments featuring balconies overlooking the Brisbane River (ground floor apartments have a courtyard); all feature fully equipped kitchen; separate bedrooms and modern conveniences, such as a dishwasher, Foxtel TV, air conditioning and security intercom. The complex also features a resort style outdoor pool, heated spa, sauna, full-sized tennis court and barbecue facilities in peaceful garden surroundings. Our apartments are self catering. Initial supplies like soap,shampoo,tissues,tea,coffee,sugar and toilet paper are provided. However, such items are not re-stocked during your stay. Guests will need to provide their own supplies of disposable items. Attractions Take advantage of our proximity to an eclectic mix of cafes, restaurants, shopping centres, nightlife , markets and entertainment . Walk to Brisbane Powerhouse Arts complex. Southbank Parklands are a short ferry trip away. The Gold Coast is only 1hour south , with its famous fun parks and beaches. The Sunshine Coast (Caloundra to Noosa) is 1 hour north, with attractions such as Australia Zoo. Car Parking Each apartment has one reserved basement secure carpark. Extra parking for guests and visitors is available off-street. Child Policy Children are welcome at Kirribilli and free-of-charge if existing bedding is used . For extra bedding , Child ( under 13yrs ) fold-up beds are available at a cost of $10 per night . Cots and High Chairs are available for infants at a cost of $5 per night each. Please indicate on booking if required - cost payable direct to the establishment on check-in.
