General Description Dizzy Daisy Downtown is a unique blend of the quintessential backpacker's hostel and an excellent place for all other tourists visiting Krakow: families, friends, students and organised groups. You will undoubtedly find an option that suits your needs. We offer: Cheap options: dorm style rooms: 3 rooms for 8-,10- and 12-people equipped with individual lockers with keys. These rooms are located in the beautiful historic part of the building where you can feel the atmosphere of Old Krakow. Breakfast costs 5 PLN when reserving these rooms. Comfortable options for those who need a good night's sleep: 4 studios composed of 2 and 3 person rooms with a shared bathroom (rooms may be reserved individually). They are located at the back of the inner courtyard, which means that they are quiet. Peaceful and private options: 2 apartments (which fit from 2-8 people) ideal for long-term stays, with a washroom, fully-equipped kitchen and more. An individual 2-person room with a washroom. Additionally, the hostel boasts a newly renovated common room with a friendly reception that is always at your disposal. This area is the favourite meeting place of our guests: here you can enjoy free Internet and sip free coffee, read a book or relax and watch TV.A major advantage of our hostel is its proximity to Galeria Krakowska shopping centre and the main train station, as well as the Main Square. Even though we are located right in the city centre, our hostel is tucked away on a calm street that will ensure a quiet night's sleep. We warmly welcome you to stay with us! Transportation To get to our hostel: From the main train station:Go downstairs from the platform into the tunnel that leads towards Galeria Krakowska shopping centre. From the mall, exit from the middle entrance where you will see Pawia Street. Go straight across Pawia and down Kurniki Street to Plac Matejki and keep on walking straight across to w. Filipa Street. Walk until you get to Duga Street, where you will turn right. Walk until you get to the next intersecting street - Pdzichow - and go to number 9. We are here!From the Regional Bus Station (PKS):From the bus station make your way down the tunnel towards the train station and follow the directions above. From Balice Airport:As you leave the airport you will see a bus-train shuttle service that will take you to the main train station in Krakow. Get on the bus (free of charge), which will take you to the shuttle train stop. Get on the shuttle train, where the conductor will come by to sell tickets (approx 7 PLN). The shuttle will take you to the main train station (approx. 10min). From the train station, follow the directions above.
