General Description The Antigallican Hotel was built in the 53rd year of Queen Victoria's reign in July 1890. Set in a beautiful old British building, our Hotel is a lovely place to stay for families as well as backpackers travelling through Europe. We have excellent facilities including a fully equipped kitchen and common room. There is free Wi-fi Internet throughout the building and much more. The hotel is very clean and the majority of our rooms are en-suite. Our staff are friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable and will make sure that your visit to London is a memorable one. On the ground floor of the building you will find The Antigallican Pub, a traditional English pub with a big screen for all of you who want to follow the latest sport. Conveniently located near to the hostel is historical Greenwich; here you will be able to visit the Thames Barrier (only 10 min walk from the hotel), The Maritime Museum, the Royal Observatory and Greenwich park. You can also have a stroll along the River Thames or have a family or romantic dinner in the several restaurants situated in the Greenwich Village. Also located close to the hotel is the Millennium Dome known as the O2 Arena which is the main stage for the biggest acts in London and an excellent place to have a drink or meal. Charlton station (30 second walk from the Hotel) will take you directly to London Bridge or Charing Cross (main station in London centre) in less than 20 min. We look forward to welcoming you to the Antigallican Hotel.
